Barry is great to work with! I would recommend anyone to work with him. He helped us get our home, after many offers. We moved from out of state, which makes his job more difficult but he was completely willing to work with us and educated us throughout the process. Barry is The Man! As a first time home buyer he was there every step of the way, explaining everything that was going on so i wasn't kept in the dark. He was available 24/7, in case I had any questions or concerns. He and his team also got me fantastic loan with an interest rate I thought would be impossible to get. Trust the process with him, he knows the game inside and out. Even after closing he stilled checked on me to see if i had any more questions and not to hesitate to call him if anything came. He also found the funding so That I didn’t have to put any money down, and I closed within 28 days, which is amazing, and nearly unheard Of Barry kept me informed every step of the way, and I never felt like I was wasting his time when I stumbled on what I should do he led me in the right Direction bottom line I would never use another mortgage guy other than Barry he made my dream of owning a home come true Barry works tirelessly to make this happen I am in my mid-50s and never thought I would actually own my own home. He is a miracle worker I would suggest him to anyone who is buying a home and needs a mortgage guy to be on their side and that’s not just slip. EXCELLENT!!! That's the one word to describe the service provided by Barry Hochberg. I don't usually give reviews and I my quality standards are extremely high but I must take this opportunity to make special mention of the way Barry carefully walked my family through the process. From introduction to closing, Barry guided us with patience, understanding and was able to answer the abundance of questions I had. He was available 24/7. I remember reaching out to him even on Sunday's at night given my work schedule. His projected calculations were on the ball, his explanations were clear, and he really delivered on his promise to provide the best rate possible, even in this time of crazy interest rates. When he says he will call you, rest assured he does, with the answers you were looking for. He was even there at the time of closing. You don't usually see that.
